“My research focuses on teachers’ achievement motivation and emotions. More specifically, the influences of teachers’ achievement motivation, such as achievement goal orientations, self-efficacy, and causal attributions, as well as teachers’ emotions, such as emotional labor, on teachers’ psychological and emotional well-being. My research also investigates the impact of teacher motivation and emotions on their students’ motivational, behavioral, and achievement outcomes.“
