“My research interest is in motivational interventions to enhance persistence in STEM areas with a specific focus on online interventions promoting adaptive casual attributions, values, and motivational strategies for post-secondary students and faculty. My research interests also include the impact of gender stereotypes and media on attrition in STEM for female students.”
