“My research focuses primarily on faculty members’ occupational well-being. More specifically, I am interested in examining the role of occupational characteristics, motivation, and basic psychological needs in predicting burnout and engagement among Canadian faculty members employed in research universities. Additionally, I am investigating how burnout and engagement predicts physical and psychological health, commitment, and turnover intentions among faculty members. “
